Winery Blogger Meet Up & This Week’s Plans

Happy Sunday! I will be stuck in my office all day working, working, working on end of the year tasks and projects!  I have SO much to do that I am starting to get overwhelmed: presentations, our end of the year slideshow gift for my kids, report cards, grading, and of course I volunteered to make my cousin’s centerpieces for his graduation party! My little TPT store is going to take a tiny vacation for a few weeks while I try to get things “in real life” completed. 🙂

I did manage to take a break from working yesterday to catch up with some *amazing* blogging and TpT girls!! We met at a local winery and had SO much fun hanging out!  We started at this cute little restaurant called The Crush House and took a tour of the winery. I got to put my new camera to the test! 🙂

Then we made our way over to the beautiful restaurant for a yummy lunch!

I just love these sweet girls! Below is Lisa from Fourth & Ten, Jessica from First Grade Nest, and Amanda from A Very Curious Class.  I hadn’t seen Jessica since our meet up in KY this past summer – it was so good to see her again! 🙂
My sweet local friends Amanda from One Extra Degree, Amelia from Where the Wild Things Learn, myself, and Sarah from Permanently Primary
Here is a group shot!
The next time we will all be together is in Las Vegas this summer! We cannot wait!! 🙂 I say this every time I meet up with my blogging friends, but I am so thankful God has brought these ladies into my life through such a unique and incredible experience such as blogging! They are all so talented, kind, and passionate about teaching and their students. I wish you could have heard our conversations all day. 🙂 It was filled with joy for what we do, sharing ideas and resources across the table, advice, and friendship! <3
Before I go tackle the next item on my “to do” list, I’m sharing my lesson plans for this week.  Please keep in mind this is our last FULL week so my plans are not as detailed as they should be because I just KNOW random events and things will pop up all week haha.  Math will consist of lots of review work! But at least you can get an idea of some of the activities and things we will be doing. 🙂
