Sweet.valley.high. I still remember my favorite one about a beach vacation and a missing ruby on the beach that lead to murder and excitement. I think it was the college version. I love babysitters club. Absolutely my favorite series were those ones. I love working on character traits at this time of the year. I think next year we will do it early and take pics of our charts to synthesize at the end of the year by doing it again and see how much we learned and how our thinking changed…. thanks for the post! First one this week!!! yay me!
Nancy Drew.
I loved the Babysitters Club!

I LOVE the Berenstain Bears! They teach SUCH great lessons. When I was little, my favorite chapter book was Harriet the Spy. I think there was a whole summer that I hid in cabinets and closets and "spied" on my family. Haha!
I loved the Babysitters Club too!!!!!! And Goosebumps! 🙂
Soaring Through Second
Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys. The Hardy Boys even had a TV program each week. Shaun Cassidy made a really cute Joe! 🙂
Definitely loved the Babysitters Club too. When I worked further up the school I loved sharing these with the girls I taught and hearing how much they liked them. Sweet Valley Twins and The Famous Five were also firm favourites! Might have to get them out and start reading them all again…!
Growing Little Learners
I loved the Bobbsey Twins! If I remember correctly it was about a family that had two sets of twins. I also loved, loved, loved Nancy Drew. My daughter loved the Sweet Valley Twins books!
Thanks for sharing this linky!

Love the Berenstain Bear books! I love their lessons that they provide for kids! I still have some in my classroom that were from my husband
I loved both series as a kid.
I L-O-V-E-D the Babysitters Club as well!! Remember the Little Sisters spin-off series?! I liked Junie B and the Boxcar Children too.
Thanks for hosting!

My Carolina Classroom
Oh goodness! Babysitters Club, Goosebumps, and the Amber Brown books!
The Babysitters Club and Little House on the Prairie!
I was totally a Boxcar Children fan!
I guess I am (ahem) older….I loved the Ramona books by Beverly Cleary. 🙂
I loved the Nancy Drew series and also as an "older" one, I loved all of Beverly Cleary's books!
I think the Babysitter's Club is what got me to LOVE reading so much. Once I started one, I could not put it down. Hmmm…come to think of it….maybe that is when my OCD started 🙂
