As as special educator, I have SO many spots in the school… classrooms, my office, hallway 😉 So my favorite is wherever my students are feeling successful! Thanks so much for the linky 🙂 Jen
That looks so cozy Christina! I have a reading area in my room with little chairs and pillows. My kids love going there when they have free time 🙂 Thanks so much for a fun linky. Enjoy your first week back!

I, too, love my peaceful room. Your corner looks so inviting–I would love to come read there. 🙂

Your picture is inspiring me. I'd like to cozy up my classroom a bit. I'm not sure I have a favorite spot in my room, but I love to see my students sprawled out on the rug reading. Thanks for hosting this linky.

i love those dot numbers ont he top of your board!! where did you get them or how did you make them??
I love your cozy corner and your READ letters! I can only hope to be as organized as you sometime before I retire!
My favorite classroom space is my "story corner!" It has a rocker and baskets and shelves full of teacher favorites where I read aloud to my second graders at least 3 times a day! Thanks for such a great weekly linky! I am off to write my post on this "gift" of another day home from school because of the wind chill temps!
Gratefully,
~Jennifer

It does look cozy!! I really love the way a lamp can do that to a classroom! I also love all your color! I really think a bright, colorful classroom is great for our little kiddos!

I love the lamp, Christina! I had a windowless classroom for a few years, so lamps and a wall-length string of small white Christmas lights were my solace. When I turned off the overhead fluorescents, it made me happy, and I can't tell you how often people walking by would pop in and tell me how cozy it looked! 🙂
