How do you play and use this digital resource?

Touch the dots and read each word within the sentence. Then, click on the picture that matches the sentence. The two pictures that students have to choose from on each card have been strategically chosen to help students focus on their comprehension of the sentence. For example, in the CVC sentence “Mom is mad at the dog.”, the child must read and then choose between a picture of a happy mom with a dog and a picture of a mad mom with a dog. This requires the student to read, stop, and think about what was just read. Each digital pack within the bundle focuses on a key phonics skill.

Who is this resource designed for?

This pack was designed for kindergarten through second grade students, depending upon the individual packs being used. It is VERY important to focus on the PHONICS SKILLS your students need to be reinforced and taught. Therefore, many second and third grade teachers and special education teachers have used this with their students who are still working on essential phonics decoding skills.
