Love the Dr. Seuss picture. Looks like a lot of fun. Our district uses a variety of math materials because like you said no program is perfect. We have access to Motivational Math, Sharon Wells and our textbook adoption materials.

This will be year 3 of My Math for us. It has pros and cons…I follow the order and we do have to do the pages. We of course add stations, lots of games and hands on practice. It is nice to have something to follow, and I think the parents appreciate the homework pages since they are a nice review.
In my district we use enVision Math by Pearson… we are also using NYS Modules that have been released. In all reality we are using different resources to best meet the needs of our kiddos from year to year! Thanks for hosting! Best of luck with the new math curriculum!
Hey there! I'm linking up in the comments because I can't find the link-up button. http://pinkwatermelons.blogspot.com/2015/08/worldess-wednesday.html
I hope your math program works out for you – we use Math Expressions – it's ok – and, that's being generous!
I just was at Seussland last week also. I screamed that I wanted to "drop my classroom" into the middle of that book store! Loved it! Loved how our visit inspired each of my kids to continue reading…my oldest–to explore comics and graphic novels, my middle to read Harry Potter (which my oldest has been trying to convince her to do for years), and my youngest to re-visit Dr. Seuss. Love it!!!!
Love your picture of the Dr. Seuss House. I would love to see it 🙂 In our school we use the Accelerated Math program. Have a great year.
My district uses Math In Focus and I-Ready. I absolutely LOVE your blog!!!
