Wordless Wednesday: August 13th – Chalkboard Arrows

I found these cute chalkboard arrows at Target this summer and used them to decorate the outside of my classroom.  I wrote words that are meaningful and important to my teaching environment and pointed them at our door to help my students and families find their way to our classroom on Friday! 🙂
My question this week:  What are the top three words you would choose to write on the arrows if they were pointing to YOUR classroom door? 🙂
Link up with us below or take a look around at all of the great pictures and ideas this week! 🙂

  1. I like those arrows! I have two rooms, an art room and a middle school language arts room. For the art room, the words would be "creativity, learning, and love" and in my language arts room it would be "imagination, acceptance, and learning!" 🙂

  2. Great idea! It would also be fun at the end of the year to ask students the three words THEY would use to describe our classroom, and leave those up for the incoming students. I think I would use "kindness", "collaboration", and "perseverance".

  3. Those arrows are so cute!! What a great question to go with them, too!! 🙂 I would have to put 'Learning Is Magical' as my three words pointing to my classroom. 🙂 Thanks so much for hosting such a great linky!!
